The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will have:
- Experience supporting students with PMLD (within a personal or school environment)
- Experience supporting students with challenging behaviour
- A flexible and ‘can do’ attitude
The SEN Teaching Assistant will be supporting a small group of students within the class, alongside other SEN Teaching Assistants, therefore should thrive on working within a supportive team.
