LTS are currently recruiting on behalf of various Enfield schools for Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistants to work with students, both 1:1 and in small groups.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of working with students with challenging behaviour
- A genuine desire to get the best for young people
- A positive, ‘can do’ attitude
This would be the perfect role for a candidate with youth work or PRU experience.
These are long and short term temporary roles.
