Established since 2008, LTS develops and delivers the highest level of expertise to our partner schools and other provisions within the SEND sector.
The LTS team has worked in the education sector for many years; we are ex teachers, tutors and LSAs and some of us have worked for the council as special educational needs officers.
We have a passion for SEND and our team has an in-depth knowledge and understanding first-hand when liaising with clients, Head Teachers, SENCO and the parents and of course our bespoke Team of SEND staff.
Essentially, we are unique and totally bespoke in our approach to finding a perfect fit between child, the school and the candidate.
Our experience
Before deciding to use their expertise in the recruitment industry the founders of the company had together over 25 years’ experience in SEND schools. The main reason for moving to recruitment was to ensure young people with additional needs received the best possible support which was found to be in short supply on the open market. Since that time, LTS has forged solid partnerships with schools and Local Authorities alike and has continued to maintain those relationships over the past 13 years.
LTS truly understands the SEND needs of our client schools and other educational establishments and has a proven track record of working together with our partner schools supplying SEND tutors, teachers and teaching assistants supporting children from EYFS to post 16.
